COPYRIGHT TRANSFER AGREEMENT

This Copyright Transfer Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on this [Date], between [Your Name] (hereinafter referred to as the “Author”) and [Research Journal Name] (hereinafter referred to as the “Journal”).

WHEREAS, the Author is the owner of the copyright in the scholarly work titled [Title of the Work] (hereinafter referred to as the “Work”), submitted for publication in [Journal Name], ISSN(Online): 2584-1025 , Volume: [Volume Number], Issue: [Issue Number];

WHEREAS, the Journal agrees to consider the publication of the Work in [Journal Name];

WHEREAS, the Author desires to assign, transfer, and convey all rights, title, and interest in the copyright of the Work to the Journal, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

Copyright Transfer:

The Author hereby assigns, transfers, and conveys to the Journal, all rights, title, and interest in and to the copyright of the Work, including but not limited to the right to publish, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, and store the Work in all forms and media, whether now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world, for the full term of copyright and all renewals and extensions thereof.

Publication:

The Journal is granted the exclusive right to publish the Work in [Journal Name], including but not limited to the print version, online edition, and any other formats or media the Journal deems appropriate.

Attribution:

The Journal shall ensure that the Author is appropriately acknowledged and cited as the Work’s original author in all published versions.

Publication Ethics:

The Author warrants that the Work is original, has not been previously published, and does not infringe upon any copyright or violate any other rights of any third party. The Author further represents and warrants that the Work does not contain any libelous, defamatory, or unlawful statements and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. The Author shall be solely responsible for any claims or disputes arising out of the infringement of copyrights or violation of any other rights in the Work.

Indemnification:

The Author agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Journal, its editors, and reviewers harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with any breach of the representations and warranties provided herein.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Author and the Journal regarding the copyright transfer of the Work and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Author and the Journal have executed this Copyright Transfer Agreement as of the date first above written.
